This photo was taken in 2002, but it is the most recent one I have of me and my Grandma. She turns 90 today. She is my father's mother. She is the only grandparent I have left. I made the photo black and white, because it is really crappy quality and the color is all jacked. But I could not let this day pass without recognition.

This is a new series for me. I was looking around my house for things to photograph and I saw this shirt hanging on the closet door. It just looked really cool and so I decided that I would start a new series and give a new perspective to my clothes.

This is a house near my aunt & uncle that burned (clearly!). The house was vacant, so no one was hurt. I couldn't decide which would be the better shot of the rubble, so here at a couple more:
and the satellite was still there...

I had to take a photo of the footbed, because that wears off after awhile. Here is the actual shoe:

This cracked us up! 642 degrees?!?!?! Hilarious. It was on like that for at least an hour until someone figured it out. Funny. Had to capture this.

its so old when my mother saw it, she said, "I remember that brand." yikes!
edited to add: reading the photo title might infer that we it is the oven we used to have. that is not the case. we still have it, it is just very old. maybe one day we will replace it, seeing as it barely works...
