Tale as old as time
True as it can be
Barely even friends
Then somebody bends
Unexpectedly

Just a little change
Small to say the least
Both a little scared
Neither one prepared
Beauty and the Beast

Ever just the same
Ever a surprise
Ever as before
Ever just as sure
As the sun will rise

Tale as old as time
Song as old as rhyme
Bitter sweet and strange
Finding you can change
Learning you were wrong

Certain as the sun
Rising in the East
Tale as old as time
Song as old as rhyme
Beauty and the Beast

Tale as old as time
Song as old as rhyme
Beauty and the Beast

- song by Alan Menken

I know it's the whole song, but I couldn't pick just one line!!!

This quote with this photo, because I have this hanging on my cubical at work and it makes me smile everyday. Plus, she has no mouth. :)

RIP Heath Ledger

Today's photo is another that I did not take. The death of Heath Ledger has knocked me off my feet and I don't feel like looking at the world thru a lens today.

"Memory is a way of holding onto the things you love,
the things you are, the things you never want to lose."
- From the television show The Wonder Years

This is my childhood home. I lived here from 3rd grade to the age of 21. I drove by it today and got very emotional. So much of my life was spent in that house. The first window to the right of the door. I was married in that house. To think that strangers are living there and going about their lives really upsets me. This house will always be a part of me. The good and the very bad. So much of my life under one roof.

While I move on to 2008 and a new photo 365, I wanted to take a look back at all the photos from 2007. I really liked doing this. I enjoying taking photos now and have gotten better as the year progressed. Here are thumbnails of all 365 photos of 2007:
